This policy explains what personal data Shiv Textiles collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website and the seller tools we use to run our own marketplace accounts.

Who we are

Shiv Textiles is a proprietorship concern registered in Gujarat, India, operating the brands Yipsy Fashion, KALINI, CocoBlue, Luvaire and E SROTE. Our registered address is Plot 72/73, Dharam Nagar Ind. Soc., Rayka Circle, Bamroli Road, Udhna, Surat 394210, Gujarat, India. We are the data controller for the purposes of this policy. This website

This website is informational. It does not sell products, take payments, or ask you to create an account. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on it. If you email us using an address on this site, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we keep that correspondence only as long as we need it to deal with your query.

If you bought something from us

When you buy one of our products, you buy it from a marketplace — Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio or Meesho. That marketplace collects your details and operates under its own privacy policy. It shares with us only what we need to fulfil the order: usually your name, delivery address, contact number and the items ordered.

We use that information to pack and dispatch your order, to handle returns or replacements, and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations under Indian law. We do not use it for marketing, we do not build customer profiles from it, and we do not sell, rent or trade it to anyone.

We share it only with the courier delivering your parcel, with our accountant and tax authorities where the law requires it, and with the marketplace itself. Records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires, and then deleted.

Marketplace seller APIs

We connect to marketplace seller APIs — including the Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Advertising API — to manage our own catalogue, inventory and pricing, and to retrieve our own sales, traffic and advertising reports.

These connections are authorised by us, for our own seller and vendor accounts only. The data we retrieve is our own business data: listings, orders, stock levels, fees, campaign performance. Where a report contains customer information, we handle it under the same terms as above — used only to fulfil and service orders, never for advertising or profiling.

API credentials are held only on machines we control and are not shared with any third party. We do not act as a service provider, agency or software vendor for any other seller, and we do not access, process or store data belonging to anyone else’s account.

Where your data is held

Order and business records are stored in India, in our order management system and on our own computers. Some of the services we use to run the business operate servers outside India; where that happens, the data is protected by the contractual terms of those providers.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required by law to keep it. Email shivtex76@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We will respond within 30 days.

If your request concerns an order, the marketplace holds the primary record and you may need to raise it with them as well.

Children

Our products and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data or your request, write to us first at the address above. You also have the right to raise the matter with the relevant data protection authority in India.
