About Shiv Textiles

A proprietorship concern based in Udhna, Surat — manufacturing and selling women’s ethnic wear on India’s online marketplaces.

The business

Shiv Textiles was set up to sell ready-to-wear ethnic clothing directly to customers, without going through a distributor chain. We hold our own inventory, run our own warehouse, and list and fulfil on each marketplace ourselves.

The unit at Udhna handles receiving, quality checking, repacking and dispatch. A small team runs day-to-day warehouse operations; catalogue, pricing and advertising are managed in-house.

How we sell

We sell on Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio and Meesho. Each marketplace carries its own catalogue, pricing and fulfilment terms. Customer orders, payment and returns are handled entirely by the marketplace.

Technology

We use marketplace seller APIs and an order management system to keep inventory, pricing and catalogue data consistent across channels, and to pull our own sales and advertising reports for internal analysis. This is operational tooling for our own accounts only. We do not build or sell software, and we do not handle data belonging to any other seller.
